This really should have been posted in the Hardware and OS forum that I linked above, and if Lenovo does not have the drivers, then I can only suggest you search each manufacturer's website for all the hardware in the computer (chipset, LAN, audio, etc.) and manually download them and install them, if they even exist that support Windows 10 on that computer.
